Kingdom rules

This page will hold the houserules that are being utilized beyond what is published in the Ultimate Campaign and Ultimate Rulership books.

Diminishing returns:
If more than one building of a type is in a single district the decrease the benefits by 50%. Does not apply to bridges, walls, houses, moats, parks, tenements and waterways. This is mostly in an attempt to keep things feeling more natural and to avoid some of the exploits of a min/max kingdom.

The 10% Magic Item Rule:
When looking for magical items for sale, if the cost of a given item is less than 10% of the cities base value, a roll is not required to find one.

Must have 5 hexes per city tile
